Rum Trois Rivières Cuvèe du Moulin is a production of one of the oldest plantations in Martinique, dating back to the mid-17th century. At that time the sugar cane was crushed with the help of windmills: in fact, since then we have found the emblem of the mill on every bottle of Trois Rivières.
The wide range of aged rums that are born in the Trois Rivières plantation, bring complex and elegant, very balanced organoleptic characteristics. Maturation is carried out in carefully selected woods, this combined with the Caribbean climate allows for faster aging than in Europe.
Deep amber is its color; the nose has aromas of oak and spicy hints mixed with hints of stewed fruit and plum juice amalgamated with sweet notes of pudding and custard. The taste on the palate reveals sensations of cedar and apple, with references of leather and nutmeg that conquer and delight the palate.
