73% of the grapes are left to macerate in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12-14°C, the remaining 27% in second-use French oak barrels at a temperature of 15-18°C. As far as aging is concerned, 17% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 7 months, the remaining 83% in stainless steel tanks.
A wine with a bright and brilliant yellow color with slight greenish reflections. On the nose it expresses an intense citrus and tropical fruit aroma, gently amalgamated with spicy and sweet hints of honey. On the palate it proves to be balanced, with a round structure and a persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sense of freshness on the palate.
Bringing a wine produced in Chile to the table certainly does not happen every day, your guests will be ecstatic at the idea of being able to taste it and even more satisfied after having tasted it. An excellent Chilean wine paired with fish and seafood dishes.
