The Bianco Liebenstein Dolomiti Biologico by Baron Longo is born in the fascinating valleys of the Dolomites, a territory that gives this wine a unique minerality and spontaneous elegance. Coming from grapes grown according to strict organic standards, it expresses in every sip respect for nature and an authentic character, far from artifices.

In the glass, it appears with a bright, delicate, and inviting color, while on the nose it offers fresh aromas of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, with light citrus notes that perfectly blend with a vibrant mineral freshness. On the palate it is harmonious, with a fine balance between acidity and structure, making the sip vibrant yet soft and persistent.

Excellent as a companion to light seafood dishes, risottos, or grilled vegetables, this white wine is the ideal choice for those seeking an organic wine with an Alpine character, a pure expression of the Dolomites.
