The RossoBastardo, produced by the renowned winery Cesarini Sartori, is a wine that captures the essence of the Umbria region, famous for its unique terroir and rich winemaking tradition. This label is presented in an impressive Salmanazar format, equivalent to twelve standard bottles, making it ideal for celebrations and large occasions.

Crafted from a skillful blend of local grape varieties, RossoBastardo stands out for its deep and intense red color. On the nose, it reveals a complex bouquet, with prominent notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and a slight hint of vanilla, a result of its aging period in oak barrels. This maturation phase contributes to a well-balanced tannic structure that promises excellent longevity.

On the palate, the wine is powerful yet harmonious, with a perfect balance between acids and tannins, melding with flavors of plum, cherry, and a touch of black pepper that caresses the taste buds, leading to a persistent and enticing finish.

RossoBastardo Umbria IGT is ideal for pairing with hearty dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses. Its richness and complexity also make it an excellent candidate for being enjoyed on its own, as the highlight of a special evening.

This offering in Salmanazar format makes RossoBastardo a true symbol of sharing and festivity, perfect for being the centerpiece of the table during unforgettable moments. A true delight for wine lovers who appreciate artisanal creations rich in character and tradition.
