Chablis Les Vaillons Vieilles Vignes - Domaine Laroche is a white wine of remarkable expression and quality, which comes from one of the renowned Premier Cru vineyards of the Chablis region, in Burgundy. Domaine Laroche, with its long tradition and dedication to quality, cares for the old vines of this vineyard to produce a Chablis that captures the essence of the terroir and the depth that only older vines can offer.

The "Vieilles Vignes", or old vines, are known for their ability to root deeply into the chalky, marl-rich soil of Chablis, extracting minerals and nutrients that give the wine superior complexity and aromatic concentration. Les Vaillons is an area particularly appreciated for its exposure and favorable microclimate, which together contribute to the production of high-quality Chardonnay grapes.

Chablis Les Vaillons Vieilles Vignes stands out for its bright golden yellow color and an intense and complex aromatic bouquet. On the nose, aromas of white pulp fruit emerge, such as apple and pear, accompanied by mineral and floral notes and a light touch of spices, which reflect the typicality of the terroir and the attention paid to winemaking.

In the mouth, the wine expresses remarkable richness and structure, balanced by a freshness and lively acidity that prolong the pleasure of tasting. The minerality is well present, together with a palette of fruity flavors and a subtle vein of complexity brought by the age of the vines. These characteristics make Chablis Les Vaillons Vieilles Vignes a wine of great elegance and persistence.

This Chablis is perfect to accompany refined dishes of fish, crustaceans, molluscs, but also poultry and fresh goat cheeses. Its complexity and depth also make it an excellent meditation wine.
