Cantina Bertani, an ancient winery that dates back to 1857 with the unification of Italy, with the desire and the pride of representing the excellence of a new nation with a millenary culture. Recioto della Valpolicella is left to dry in the fruit cellars of the Grezzana cellar; the fermentation is interrupted with a residual sugar of 120 g/l. The wine is then left to mature in cherry wood barrels for about 12 months and refines in the bottle for another 6 months.

In the glass it has a garnet red color. The olfactory examination reveals a bouquet varied and aromatic, with aromas of wild berry jam, on a background of delicate hints of tobacco, licorice and chocolate.

When tasted it immediately presents itself as a full-bodied wine, soft on the palate and with a long spicy finish to be enjoyed without haste, and without pairing with dishes; this to fully enjoy the stupendous organoleptic characteristics it possesses. Sipping this glass will give you unique sensations, absolutely to try.
