The Ribolla Gialla Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC by Blanc di Bianca, produced by the renowned Gori winery, is a white wine that embodies the elegance and historical richness of the Friulian territory. This wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native varietal of the region, known for its ability to reflect the complexity of the terroir in which it grows.

Visually, it appears a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers a rich and lively aromatic bouquet, with intense aromas of green apple, citrus, and floral nuances, enhanced by slight mineral notes. These aromas intertwine perfectly, promising a freshness that immediately invites tasting.

On the palate, the liveliness of the citrus blends with a pleasant acidity, making the Ribolla Giala particularly fresh and dynamic. The structure is subtle but well-defined, with a clean and persistent palate. This wine enjoys great drinkability, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, asparagus risottos, or fresh cheeses.

The skill of the Gori winery in respecting both the varietal and the territory is evident in this wine, which has been fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness and authenticity. The Ribolla Gialla Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC - Blanc di Bianca is an excellent expression of the value and winemaking tradition of Friuli, capable of offering an unforgettable taste experience and dignifiedly representing the quality of the territory from which it originates.

Winery history
The estate is led by the Bricolo family: parents Alberta and Roberto started the business, and it is now managed by their daughter Roberta. Over the years the facilities have been expanded with architectural additions focused on hospitality and wine tourism.
Production philosophy
The company's philosophy centers on organic viticulture and sustainability: the organic approach is regarded as an indispensable choice to safeguard health and the land and to enhance the relationship between soil, vine and climate, with winemaking planned already in the vineyard.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the moraine hills around the village of Custoza, in the municipality of Sommacampagna, on glacially derived soils rich in pebbles and calcium carbonate, which impart minerality and salinity to the wines, typical of the Lake Garda area.
