Maculan's Veneto IGT Bianco "Pino & Toi TR" is a fresh and lively expression of Veneto, an Italian region known for the production of aromatic and pleasantly drinkable white wines. The Maculan winery, located in the heart of Breganze, is famous for its ability to create wines that combine tradition and innovation, and the "Pino & Toi TR" is no exception. This wine is a blend of Pinot Bianco, Tocai (Friulano) and Riesling grapes, which together create a complex and inviting aromatic profile, enhancing the best characteristics of each grape variety.

Winemaking is carefully managed to preserve the fresh and lively aromas of the varieties used. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers, to maintain the integrity of the varietal aromas and guarantee a fresh and aromatic final wine. The refinement in steel also allows the freshness and purity of the fruit to be preserved, making "Pino & Toi TR" an extremely pleasant and drinkable wine.

Visually, the wine has a light straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, "Pino & Toi TR" expresses an intense and varied aromatic bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as green apple and pear, floral accents and a light minerality, which together contribute to a rich and inviting olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine is lively and well balanced, with a refreshing acidity that enhances its fruity and floral flavors and guarantees a pleasant aromatic persistence. The structure is light but harmonious, with a delicacy that makes it suitable both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, fresh salads and fish-based dishes.

The Veneto IGT Bianco "Pino & Toi TR" by Maculan is an excellent choice for those looking for a versatile white wine, capable of combining the freshness and aroma typical of Venetian wines with a balanced and pleasantly complex structure, representative of excellence and of the innovation of the Maculan winery.

A production that combines indigenous grape varieties with international varieties. Winery open to visitors, with vintage archives dating back to the late 1970s and a wine club. Commitment to innovation and experimental projects.
Winery history
The winery originated from the Maculan family's winemaking activities in Breganze. The current estate was developed from the business founded by grandfather Giovanni Maculan in 1947. In the 1970s Fausto Maculan led a qualitative transformation of the estate, elevating local wines such as Torcolato and expanding the portfolio with modern expressions of red and white wines. Today management also involves his daughters, continuing a path that combines local tradition with winemaking innovation.
Production philosophy
The winemaking approach combines respect for the territory with experimentation: meticulous care in the vineyard and the cellar, revival of local traditions and attention to modern techniques. The estate emphasizes the identity of Breganze grapes while also using international varieties for a wide range of wine styles.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the DOC Breganze area, on the hills at the foot of the Altopiano di Asiago. The area is characterized by microclimates favorable to ripening and by hillside aspects that influence production, particularly of passito wines made from Vespaiola.
