The Vigna Flaminio Rosato Brindisi DOP, produced by the renowned Vallone winery, represents an elegant expression of the Apulian territory. This rosé wine, primarily made from Negroamaro grapes, is distinguished by its vibrant cherry-pink color and its particularly inviting aromatic profile.

On the nose, Vigna Flaminio Rosato offers a bouquet rich in notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and cherries, complemented by delicate floral hints and a light spicy note. The aroma evolves into nuances of Mediterranean aromatic herbs that add complexity and freshness to the olfactory profile.

On the palate, this Vallone rosé presents a great structure and refined balance. The attack is lively and fresh, characterized by good acidity that harmoniously blends with the softness of the fruit. The palate is enveloped by flavors of red fruit that linger in a pleasantly long and clean finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Vigna Flaminio can also excellently accompany a variety of dishes, from light starters to fish and white meat dishes. It is recommended to serve it slightly chilled, at a temperature of about 10-12°C, to fully appreciate its qualities.

Accolades and awards have often adorned this wine, reaffirming the care and passion that Vallone Winery dedicates to the production of high-quality wines. A true gem not to be missed for lovers of sophisticated and distinctive rosés.
