Le Vaglie Verdicchio, produced by the renowned Santa Barbara winery, is a delightful expression of Italy's Marche region. Grown in the heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi production area, this white wine is noted for its freshness and liveliness.

The wine features a bright straw-yellow color with greenish hues, typical of Verdicchio. On the nose, Le Vaglie offers a complex aromatic bouquet, where floral notes of acacia and chamomile emerge, interspersed with hints of green fruit, such as apple and pear, and a light touch of fresh almond, which is a distinctive characteristic of the grape variety.

On the palate, the wine is well-balanced: its lively acidity harmonizes with a medium body structure, making it pleasantly persistent on the palate. The finish is clean, with a slight minerality that reflects the unique terroir of this area.

Ideal as an aperitif, Le Vaglie pairs wonderfully with seafood, fresh cheeses, and fish dishes. It is also an excellent companion to risottos and vegetable-based dishes.

Serve chilled, ideally between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, to fully appreciate the range of flavors and aromas. Le Vaglie Verdicchio, with its 375ml bottle, is perfect for intimate occasions or for those who wish to enjoy an excellent Italian white without opening a full-size bottle.

This Verdicchio from Santa Barbara not only celebrates the typicality of the grape variety but also offers a tasting experience that invites you to discover and appreciate the viticultural richness of the Marche region.
