An excellent white wine that is born in the provinces of Pescara and Chieti, on medium-textured clayey soil, with a tent and espalier training system. Vinification takes place with a soft pressing of the grapes, followed by cryo-maceration and pressing with the vacuum method to extract only the flower must. We then proceed with the cold clarification of the must and fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature.
It has a not very deep straw yellow color, with light golden reflections.
Fragrant and intense aromas rise to the nose, with floral and fruity hints of yellow fruit, and aromas of aromatic herbs such as mint and thyme. The taste is decidedly in perfect balance between freshness and salinity and thickness.
Perfect with hearty, spicy and savory appetizers, excellent with pasta dishes and risottos with strong seasonings. To try absolutely with oriental cuisine.
In terms of acidity and structure, it can give a lot right away, but also express itself at its best in the two years following the harvest
