The Rosato Veneto IGT "Rosatello" by Ruffino is a wine that encapsulates the freshness and energy of the Veneto's finest pink grape varieties. This wine presents an intriguing bright pink color that foreshadows its aromatic and gustatory qualities.

On the nose, "Rosatello" expresses a rich and complex bouquet, where notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, intertwine with slight floral hints and a subtle nuance of aromatic herbs. This symphony of aromas makes the wine extremely pleasant and inviting.

On the palate, the wine demonstrates a perfect balance between acidity and body. Freshness is the distinctive feature, supported by a pleasant minerality that prolongs its persistence. Ruffino’s Rosatello offers a smooth and harmonious sip, concluding with a clean and stimulating finish.

Ideal to be served chilled, this rosé pairs splendidly with light appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood. It is also an excellent companion for a summer evening or a sunset aperitif.

On a more technical note, the winemaking process involves a brief maceration of the skins to extract the desired color and aromas, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the wine’s freshness and expressiveness.

Ruffino's "Rosatello" is an example that reflects the winery's skill in creating wines that eloquently speak of their territory, offering a fresh and immediately satisfying drinking experience. A rosé that never stops delighting and surprising, ideal for those seeking quality and pleasure in every sip.
