The Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC "Premium Mention Honorable" produced by the historic winery Cleto Chiarli represents a refined and authentic expression of one of the most distinctive grape varieties of Emilia-Romagna. With a winemaking tradition dating back to 1860, Cleto Chiarli has dedicated itself to perfecting the creation of expansive and characterful wines.

This particular Lambrusco di Sorbara stands out for its bright red color with violet reflections, typical of the grape variety. On the nose, it offers an intense and complex bouquet, where notes of fresh red fruits like strawberry and raspberry are prominent, combined with floral hints of violet. The aroma is enriched by light nuances of aromatic herbs that impart a unique freshness.

On the palate, the "Premium Mention Honorable" is lively and harmonious. The initial taste is fresh, thanks to a good acidity that perfectly balances the moderate sweetness. The fine and persistent bubbles dance in the mouth, creating a pleasant and inviting texture. The finish is clean, with an aromatic persistence that recalls the red fruits and a slight spiciness.

This wine is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with traditional Emilia cuisine dishes, such as tagliatelle with ragù or stuffed piadinas. It can also be an excellent companion for international dishes that require a wine of character to balance intense flavors.

With a moderate alcohol content, the Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC "Premium Mention Honorable" by Cleto Chiarli is a wine that celebrates the joy of sharing special moments, making each occasion an unforgettable experience.
