The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC - Vigneto Cialdini - Magnum from the Cleto Chiarli winery is a sparkling wine that perfectly embodies the winemaking tradition of Emilia-Romagna. This wine is exclusively produced using Grasparossa grapes, a variety of Lambrusco cultivated in the Castelvetro area of the Modena province. The distinct feature of this grape is its ability to impart intensely red color and well-structured tannins to the wine, making it unique in its category.

The Vigneto Cialdini vineyard is renowned for the quality of its grapes and the meticulous care during the vinification process. Cleto Chiarli, one of the oldest and most respected wineries in the region, employs traditional methods that enhance the natural qualities of the fruit, maintaining lively bubbles and aromatic intensity in the wine.

On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied and persistently fruity character. Predominant notes of cherry and blackberry are balanced by a pleasant acidity. The second fermentation occurs in autoclaves using the Charmat method, thus preserving the freshness of red fruits and ensuring a fine and persistent perlage.

Ideal as a pairing with typical dishes of Emilia-Romagna cuisine such as baked lasagna, tortellini in broth, or regional cured meats, it also stands out during aperitifs or as a celebratory toast.

Presented in Magnum bottles, it is perfect not only for tastings with family or friends but also as a prestigious gift for enthusiasts. Each sip of this Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC conveys the history and passion of the Chiarli family for quality wines.
