The Ultimo Passito IGT produced by the Sutto winery is a sweet wine of extraordinary intensity and depth, ideal for lovers of meditation wines. This wine is produced in Veneto, a region famously rich and generous in terms of grape varieties and winemaking techniques.

The production process of Sutto's Passito is meticulous and traditional. The grapes, carefully selected, are left to wither on racks until they reach the ideal sugar concentration. This process, which utilizes the natural air and climate of the region, concentrates the aromas and sugars in the fruit, endowing the wine with a rich texture and a complex array of aromas.

The aromas of the Ultimo Passito IGT are a delightful weave of candied fruit, dried apricot, honey, and delicate spicy notes that merge into a rich and lingering bouquet. On the palate, the wine is enveloping, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness, ending in a long and harmonious finish. The flavors of dried fruit and chocolate blend with a light acidity, offering a pleasant contrast that calls for another sip.

With its complexity and elegance, the Ultimo Passito IGT - Sutto is perfect to serve at the end of a meal, paired with blue cheeses or desserts based on dried fruits. It is also excellent on its own, as a meditation wine, to conclude a special evening.

The Sutto winery, with a history of passion and dedication to the land and wine, confirms with this product an excellent interpretation of the Italian winemaking tradition, bringing to the table a wine of superlative quality that enchants and recalls the beauty of artisanal winemaking.
