Bertè & Cordini's Cruasé represents an elegant and distinct expression of the Classical Method in the DOCG Oltrepò Pavese. This rosé sparkling wine is distinguished by its refined character, the result of expert winemaking that reflects the high quality of the Pinot Nero grapes, rigorously selected and hand-harvested in the best parcels of the area.

The uniqueness of Cruasé lies in its production process where the second fermentation occurs in the bottle, following the traditional classical method. This process endows the wine with extraordinary complexity and fine perlage, essential for a superb tasting experience. The aging period on the lees extends for at least 36 months, contributing to its stature and aromatic intensity.

Visually, the Cruasé presents itself in a bright, captivating salmon hue, foretelling the olfactory nuances of small red fruits, wildflowers, and subtle hints of toasted bread. On the palate, the wine seduces with a balance between freshness and creaminess, an elegant structure that weaves together flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and a subtle mineral streak.

Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé sparkling wine also pairs beautifully with finely crafted fish dishes, shellfish, and ideally with flavorful Milanese risottos. It is also an excellent companion for celebrations and special moments, offering a touch of class and sophistication that elevates every occasion.

Bertè & Cordini winery, with its dedication to quality and innovation, continues to strengthen its reputation by producing wines that reflect the authenticity and passion for the terroir of Oltrepò Pavese.
