The Vermentino Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC produced by Durin represents an excellent expression of the Ligurian terroir. This wine stands out for its freshness and aromatic notes, the result of expert winemaking and special attention in the selection of grapes.

Grown in the picturesque hills of Liguria, where the mild Mediterranean climate kisses the vineyards, Durin's Vermentino is a straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections. The nose features intense aromas of fresh fruit, particularly peach and citrus, enriched by delicate floral hints and a light mineral note, characteristic of this coastal area.

On the palate, the Vermentino Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC offers a lively and refreshing entry. Its acidity is well balanced by the fruit, confirming the olfactory sensations of citrus and white pulp fruit. The finish is persistent, with a pleasant saltiness that invites another sip.

This wine pairs beautifully with light starters, fish-based dishes, or shellfish, and is ideal to accompany a grill of summer vegetables. It is also perfect as an aperitif, where its freshness and vivacity can be fully appreciated.

Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C, to enhance all its qualities and fully enjoy the typicality of Durin's Ligurian Vermentino, a true gem of Italian viticulture. A wine that tells, in every sip, the story and character of a land overlooking the sea.
