Located in the picturesque region of Verona, Monte Zovo introduces its exceptional "Calinverno," a Veronese Rosso IGT that shines for its uniqueness and deep care in vinification. This red wine is the result of a meticulous selection of the finest grapes, left to mature on the vines until late in the season, allowing for an optimal concentration of sugars and aromas.

Calinverno stands out with its intense ruby-red color with purple hues. On the nose, it is rich and complex, offering notes of ripe red fruits like cherry and plum, enriched by hints of vanilla and sweet spices, thanks to aging in oak barrels. On the palate, this wine offers a solid yet balanced structure, with soft tannins that support its evolving taste towards a persistent and pleasantly spicy finish.

Ideal for accompanying red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, the Veronese Rosso IGT Calinverno enhances every meal, turning it into a special occasion. It is recommended to serve it at around 18°C to fully enjoy its organoleptic qualities.

With its rich and harmonious profile, Monte Zovo's Calinverno stands as a testament to the viticultural excellence of the Verona region, becoming a star in the cellar of wine enthusiasts who seek quality and character in every sip.
