The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut Millesimato by Merotto is an excellent example of how elegance and freshness can perfectly merge in a glass. This sparkling wine, originating from the lush hills of Valdobbiadene, known for their unique terroir particularly suited to viticulture, is made with 100% Glera grapes.

With a meticulous and careful vinification process, which includes a second fermentation following the Charmat method to maintain the freshness and aromatics typical of Prosecco, Merotto has succeeded in creating a wine of great character. The term "Millesimato" indicates that the grapes used were selected from a single vintage, specifically the one that offered the best quality and intensity.

Visually, Merotto's Prosecco presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that caresses the palate. To the nose, vivid aromas of green apple, pear, and floral notes invite the first sip. On the palate, the wine expresses wonderful freshness and a complex layering of flavors, with a refined balance between acidity and delicacy, making this sparkling wine incredibly versatile with food pairings, ranging from light appetizers to fish dishes.

The Brut Millesimato by Merotto is a wine that, in addition to representing the quality and integrity of the Valdobbiadene area, offers a taste experience that will impress enthusiasts of refined and well-structured sparkling wines. Perfect for celebrating special occasions or adding a touch of class to any aperitif.
