The Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC 2023 from Terlano winery represents a distinguished example of white wine that elegantly captures the richness of the Alto Adige terroir. This wine stands out for its bright straw-yellow color, with greenish reflections that suggest freshness and vitality. On the nose, it offers a complex and nuanced bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear, and a hint of citrus, enriched by a slight vein of fresh almond.

On the palate, the Pinot Bianco from Terlano is lively and well-balanced, with an acidic freshness that cleanses the palate and invites another sip. The structure is subtle yet persistent, with a finish that brings back the fruity sensations perceived on the nose, accompanied by a pleasant minerality reflecting the pedological characteristics of the Alto Adige zones.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish and poultry dishes, or as a refined complement to a variety of fresh cheeses. The 2023 Pinot Bianco from Terlano is an invitation to savor the pure and vibrant essence of Alto Adige in every glass.
