The Spumante Asti DOCG of Sanmaurizio is born in the renowned Vallebelbo, the beating heart of Piedmont, where the Moscato Bianco finds its ideal habitat. This wine presents a fine and lively perlage that immediately captures attention and heralds a vibrant freshness. On the nose, it bursts with intense aromas of orange blossoms, white peach, and sweet, fragrant aromatic notes, typical of the Moscato grape, the absolute protagonist of this denomination. On the palate, it is sweet yet balanced, with an acidity that supports the structure and provides a pleasant lightness, ideal to be enjoyed young.

Its refinement occurs through the Martinotti method, respecting tradition and maintaining intact the refined aromaticity of the grape and the brilliance of the territory. Perfect as a dessert wine, it pairs well with dry pastries, fruit desserts, or simply as a refined aperitif, gracefully celebrating every festive moment.
