Discover the prestigious Fulvio Beo Rosè Spumante Metodo Classico Brut from Cà Rugate, a sublime expression of rosé grapes, presented in the exclusive Mathusalem (6 liters) format and housed in an elegant wooden case. This sparkling wine is a true tribute to Italian winemaking excellence and tradition, perfect for celebrating the most significant moments.

Originating from the fertile vineyards of Cà Rugate, renowned for its dedication to quality and sustainability, the Fulvio Beo Rosè is produced following the rigorous Metodo Classico. This process includes a second fermentation in the bottle, which extends for at least 24 months, allowing the sparkling wine to develop complexity, finesse of the bubbles, and a harmonious maturity.

The result is a brut rosè with a delicate salmon color, which reveals intense aromas of wild strawberries, yeast, and hints of toasted bread, culminating in an elegant and complex bouquet. On the palate, it is distinguished by its liveliness, with a perfect balance between acidity and body, enriched by a persistent freshness that makes it particularly drinkable.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Fulvio Beo Rosè pairs beautifully with light starters, fish-based dishes, and selections of fresh cheeses. Its presentation in a wooden case also makes it an impactful gift option, capable of adding a touch of class to any celebration.

A unique proposal for connoisseurs seeking an exceptional tasting experience and unparalleled scenic presence.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
