For this special line an innovative alembic is used which works in a bain-marie under vacuum; this allows to extract the best aromas, especially the floral ones.
An excellent grappa, obtained by distilling the very fresh pomace of grapes vinified to produce Amarone. It is matured for a short period in French oak barrels which give it structure, nobility and royalty.
In the glass it shows a beautiful amber yellow color. Aromas of dried fruit rise to the nose, with sweet spicy aromas and hints of fresh toasted wood. Vanilla and cocoa nuances are also perceived. The taste is decidedly soft but intense, broad and particularly structured.

Distillation
Artisanal distillation with discontinuous water-bath stills (copper boilers) for grappas and distillates; a vacuum water-bath still (Crysopea) is used for some gin references.
Ageing
Aging in casks/barrique; specific examples include whisky aged in white oak casks for 5 years (e.g. Conclave) and products using barrique/solera systems for some aged grappas.
