Questo Amarone, ottenuto da uve Corvina, Rondinella e Molinara, viene prodotto con il metodo dell’appassimento, che prevede la lenta disidratazione delle uve su graticci di bambù, conferendo al vino una straordinaria concentrazione aromatica.

Il 1980 è una delle annate storiche della cantina Bertani, e questo Recioto della Valpolicella Amarone Classico Superiore esprime al meglio le caratteristiche tipiche di quell’anno, con un invecchiamento che ha donato al vino una complessità e una profondità uniche. Winery history
Founded by the Bertani family in the second half of the 19th century, the winery has built a long tradition tied to Valpolicella and to the production of dry wines and wines made using the appassimento method. The historic estate includes Villa Mosconi in Novare di Arbizzano di Negrar, a site closely linked to the origins and preservation of many local winemaking practices. Bertani preserves an extensive sequence of historic vintages and has contributed to defining the Amarone style in the area.
