The Lambrusco Amabile PGI from the Azienda Agricola Rinaldini is a lively expression of one of the most representative vines of Emilia-Romagna, interpreted here in a sweet version that seduces with its freshness and pleasantness. This wine reflects Rinaldini's innovative approach and passion for Lambrusco, a grape variety which, thanks to skilful winemaking, reveals all its versatility and inviting character.

Produced in the fertile lands of Emilia, where the climate and soil are particularly favorable to the cultivation of Lambrusco, this sweet wine stands out for its perfect balance between sweetness, acidity and sparklingness, the result of a controlled fermentation which preserves the natural aromas of the grapes and gives the wine its characteristic effervescence.

Visually, Rinaldini's Lambrusco Amabile has a brilliant ruby red color with purple reflections, and a lively and persistent foam when served. On the nose, the wine releases a fruity and floral bouquet, with dominant notes of blackberry, cherry and violets, enriched by light nuances of liquorice and aromatic herbs that add complexity and invitingness.

In the mouth, Lambrusco Amabile surprises with its pleasant sweetness, balanced by a fresh acidity and a delicate sparklingness which together create a pleasant sensation of liveliness and lightness. Ripe red fruit flavors blend with a light spicy note, leading to a soft and harmonious finish that invites another sip.

Ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dishes of Emilian cuisine, such as cured meats, fresh cheeses and meat-based dishes, Rinaldini's Lambrusco Amabile is also perfect with pizza and slightly spicy dishes, where its sweetness and freshness can expertly balance the rich and intense flavors.

With this Lambrusco Amabile, the Azienda Agricola Rinaldini demonstrates its ability to produce wines that celebrate the Emilian winemaking tradition with an eye towards innovation, offering a tasting experience that is both authentic and surprisingly pleasant.
