Baroness Nadine - Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons is a white wine of excellence, which reflects the dedication and winemaking art of the collaboration between the Rupert, South African, and Rothschild, French families. This wine takes its name from Nadine Rothschild, embodying the elegance and refinement that characterize the wines produced by Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons, located in the picturesque Franschhoek valley, the heart of the South African wine region.

Baroness Nadine is a single-varietal Chardonnay, selected from the best grapes from the company's vineyards, which benefit from an ideal microclimate and soils favorable to the cultivation of this vine. Attention to detail and the search for maximum quality are reflected in the winemaking and aging process, which includes fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques. This method gives the wine an aromatic complexity and an elegant structure, while maintaining the freshness and purity of the fruit.

At sight, Baroness Nadine presents itself with a brilliant golden yellow color. On the nose, the wine unfolds a rich bouquet of aromas, with notes of white pulp fruit such as peach and pear, enriched by nuances of vanilla, toasted almond and a light minerality, which testify to the elegant passage in wood. In the mouth, the wine expresses a wonderful harmony between richness and liveliness, with a creamy texture balanced by well-integrated acidity, leading to a long and persistent finish, marked by a pleasant complexity and refinement.

Ideal in combination with rich fish dishes, shellfish, poultry in creamy sauces and soft cheeses, Baroness Nadine by Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons is also an extraordinary wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or on special occasions, capable of evolving and enriching itself with new nuances with aging.
