Bianco Maremma Toscana DOC - Vivia - Antinori is an elegant and refined white wine, which reflects the richness and variety of the terroir of the Tuscan Maremma. Produced by the Antinori family, one of the oldest and most respected wine dynasties in Italy, Vivia is part of a long tradition of oenological excellence, bringing with it the values of quality, passion and innovation that have characterized Antinori production for centuries.

The Maremma, with its mild climate and fertile lands, offers ideal conditions for the cultivation of white grapes, which express all their freshness and aroma in this wine. Bianco Maremma Toscana DOC - Vivia is the result of the assembly of carefully selected grape varieties, among which Vermentino and Viognier stand out, which give the wine complexity and a distinctive aromatic profile.

At sight, Vivia has a brilliant straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of ripe white fruit, such as peach and pear, enriched by floral accents and a light minerality, which recalls the particular composition of the Maremma soils.

In the mouth, the wine is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that supports its structure and enhances its fruity flavours, leaving room for a long and persistent finish, where the mineral notes and a delicate flavor emerge again. Its freshness makes it an extremely versatile wine at the table, capable of elegantly accompanying fish and seafood dishes, but also white meats and fresh cheeses.
