Produced in the renowned Umbrian lands of Castello della Sala, Bramito della Sala is a white wine that enchants with its elegance and complex organoleptic profile. The winery, part of the prestigious Marchesi Antinori group, is famous for its production of high-quality white wines, and Bramito della Sala is no exception.

This Bianco Umbria IGT is primarily made from Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected. The winemaking process begins with a brief cold maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a portion in French oak barrels. This method gives the wine a perfect balance between the fresh fruity taste and the warmer, more enveloping notes of wood.

On the nose, Bramito della Sala offers a rich bouquet with pronounced notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, enhanced by delicate floral touches and a light hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is broad and structured, with beautiful acidity that brings freshness and a persistent finish that revisits fruity and slightly toasted sensations.

Perfect to be served chilled, this wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for a sophisticated aperitif or to accompany an evening conversation.

Its versatility and refinement make it a must-have for any collector wishing to explore the richness of Umbrian whites. With its captivating charisma, Bramito della Sala is a testament to the bond between tradition and innovation in the heart of Umbria.
