Brunello is characterized by its notable body intensity and colour, together with evolved and complex aromas and a good ageing capacity. The Riserva version offers the optimal expression of these qualities.

This wine derives from a careful selection that begins during the harvest, continues with a longer period of barrel aging compared to the Brunello vintage, and ends with extended bottle refinement, at least 6 months before being put on sale.

The color is an intense and concentrated ruby red. The scent offers notes of plum, blackberry, licorice, cocoa, with a light hint of tobacco. The taste is rich, with a persistent sip and soft tannins. The ending is extraordinarily long.

This wine is ideal for special occasions and pairs perfectly with mixed roasts, braised meats, game and tasty, mature hard cheeses.
