The Drappier Champagne Brut Nature Dosage Zerò AOC is a refined and pure expression of the Urville terroir in the Champagne region. This champagne stands out for its "sans soufre" production philosophy, meaning no added sulfites, allowing one to explore the most authentic expression of the grape variety and the soil it comes from.

Produced entirely from handpicked grapes, Drappier uses a high percentage of Pinot Noir, with the addition of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, which contribute to creating a complex and intriguing aromatic profile. The uniqueness of the Dosage Zerò lies in its fermentation: the champagne does not receive any liqueur de dosage after disgorgement, making it extremely dry and pure.

On the nose, Drappier's Brut Nature Dosage Zerò presents fresh citrus notes, green apple, and subtle hints of white flowers, followed by mineral nuances and light touches of toasted bread. On the palate, it is lively and fresh with a structure that shows tension and precision, supported by a fine perlage and a long, clean finish.

This is a champagne that excels when enjoyed on its own as an aperitif but is also incredibly versatile when paired with light foods like seafood, sushi, or delicate chicken dishes.

The natural approach in the production of this champagne ensures that each sip is a unique experience, showcasing Drappier's dedication to respecting the environment and the quality of their product. Ideal for champagne lovers seeking a beverage that celebrates the pure essence of the grape variety without artifice.
