The Franciacorta Brut Millesimato produced by the "Il Palagio" winery, owned by the renowned artist Sting, is a sublime expression of elegance and refinement. This sparkling wine comes from the renowned Franciacorta region, located in the southern part of Lombardy, known for producing high-quality sparkling wines using the classic method of bottle fermentation.

Il Palagio's Franciacorta Brut Millesimato stands out for its freshness and aromatic complexity. Made primarily from Chardonnay grapes with a minimal addition of Pinot Nero, it offers a perfect balance between acidity and body, providing the palate with a velvety and persistent sensation. Aging in the bottle for at least 30 months helps develop sophisticated aromas of bread crust, ripe fruit, and subtle notes of almond, creating a rich and inviting bouquet.

Visually, the wine presents a bright straw yellow color with fine and continuous perlage, showcasing the quality and care in its production. On the nose, it opens with freshness, displaying hints of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, and white flowers, enriched by subtle mineral nuances.

This Franciacorta is ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood. It is also an excellent companion for celebrations and special moments, thanks to its elegant and festive presence.

In short, Il Palagio's Franciacorta Brut Millesimato offers a tasting experience that satisfies the most discerning connoisseurs, reflecting Sting's commitment and passion for creating exceptional quality wines at his Italian estate.
