The Grecante Grechetto DOC from the Colli Martani, produced by the renowned Arnaldo Caprai winery, is a white wine that enchants with its freshness and a distinctly characteristic aromatic bouquet. This wine is made exclusively from Grechetto grapes, a native variety of Umbria, passionately and dedicatedly cultivated on the sun-drenched hills of the Colli Martani region.

Grecante presents a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections that emphasize its liveliness. On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent aroma, with notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear, hints of aromatic herbs, and delicate floral nuances. This is enriched by a slight mineral note, typical of the terroir of origin.

On the palate, Grecante Grechetto DOC reveals itself as elegant and well-balanced. The acidity is well-matched and accompanies a good structure that leads to a pleasantly long and savory finish. This wine is perfect served as an aperitif, but it also pairs beautifully with fish dishes, shellfish, and white meats. It is also ideal with traditional Umbrian cuisine, where it can accompany light appetizers or vegetable-based first courses.

The Arnaldo Caprai winery, known for its dedication to quality and innovation, follows sustainable viticulture practices to best preserve the environment and the unique characteristics of each variety. The careful selection of grapes and meticulous winemaking, which includes fermentation at controlled temperatures, ensure the production of a wine that faithfully represents the territory and the passion of those who produce it.

Grecante Grechetto DOC is a wine that encapsulates the beauty and richness of Umbria, offering a drinking experience of pure pleasure that evokes the sunny, historically rich hills of this magnificent Italian region.
