Lambrusco Vecchio Moro from Azienda Agricola Rinaldini is a distinctive and profound expression of the Lambrusco grape variety, grown in the fertile lands of Emilia-Romagna, an Italian region known for its rich food and wine tradition. This wine is positioned within the Rinaldini range as a Lambrusco with character, which enhances the complexity and structure that this grape variety can offer when interpreted with mastery and dedication.

Produced following traditional methods but with a keen eye for innovation, Vecchio Moro is the result of a rigorous selection of the best Lambrusco grapes, hand-picked and processed to preserve the integrity and aromatic richness of the fruit. Fermentation and maturation are managed in such a way as to emphasize the structure of the wine and its aging capacity, without neglecting the liveliness and freshness typical of Lambrusco.

Visually, the Vecchio Moro stands out for its intense and deep red color, with purple reflections that announce its richness. On the nose, the wine releases an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as blackberries and plums, enriched by notes of sweet spices, chocolate and a light hint of wet earth, which add complexity and depth to the olfactory experience.

In the mouth, Rinaldini's Lambrusco Vecchio Moro reveals an extraordinary concentration of flavors, with a perfect balance between the natural sweetness of the fruit, a well-present but ripe tannicity and an acidic freshness that makes the sip dynamic and satisfying. The structure of the wine is solid, supported by a fine and persistent effervescence which contributes to a pleasant sensation of cleanliness and liveliness.

This Lambrusco lends itself to a wide range of gastronomic combinations, from traditional Emilian dishes such as lasagne, cotechino and zampone, to selections of mature cheeses and cured meats. It is also an excellent companion for international dishes that require a wine with body and character.

With Lambrusco Vecchio Moro, the Azienda Agricola Rinaldini demonstrates the potential of elegance, complexity and pleasantness that Lambrusco can achieve in the hands of attentive and passionate producers, offering an interpretation of the grape variety that is at the same time deeply rooted in tradition and open to new expressive possibilities.

Located in Calerno, a hamlet of Sant'Ilario d'Enza, halfway between Reggio Emilia and Parma, at the foot of the colline Matildiche. The vineyards are cultivated on alluvial soils mixed with gravel and are drip-irrigated; the winery makes use of the area's vocation for typical Emilia-Romagna productions such as Lambrusco.
