The elegance of a Rosso Veronese is fully mirrored in this wine produced by the well-known Ca' del Giovane winery, passionately managed by the Clementi family. Located in the heart of Valpolicella, this winery has managed to capture the essence of the local terroir, transforming it into a wine that enchants from the first sip.

The Rosso Veronese IGT from Ca' del Giovane presents itself with a deep ruby red color, almost impenetrable, hinting at the complexity and aromatic intensity revealed on the nose. The predominant notes consist of ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, enriched with spicy and slightly balsamic nuances, resulting from the skilful use of oak during the aging process.

On the palate, the wine showcases a significant structure, supported by robust yet soft and velvety tannins, contributing to a pleasantly persistent sip. The acidity is well-balanced, imparting freshness and drinkability, thus inviting another sip. The long, aromatic finish closes with elegant notes of vanilla and dark chocolate.

Ideal when paired with grilled red meats, game dishes, and aged cheeses, the Rosso Veronese IGT from Ca' del Giovane also proves its versatility with rich and savory dishes, like porcini mushroom risottos. This wine is also an excellent choice for accompanying a tasting evening among connoisseurs.

Allow yourself to be seduced by the craftsmanship and passion that Ca' del Giovane dedicates to producing this Rosso Veronese IGT, a wine that will undoubtedly enrich any collection and moments of sharing.
