The Rosato Primitivo IGP Puglia - W'Heart! from Barsento winery represents a vibrant and passionate expression of the Primitivo variety, cultivated with dedication in the sunny lands of Puglia. This rosé is distinguished by its bright color, a soft pink that foretells a unique olfactory and taste experience.

On the nose, the Rosato Primitivo W'Heart! from Barsento offers intense, fruity aromas, with dominant notes of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of pomegranate that adds complexity to the bouquet. A subtle trace of fresh flowers is also perceived, bringing an unexpected and very welcome freshness.

On the palate, this rosé immediately reveals itself as fresh and pleasantly tangy. The entry is smooth, thanks to the proper ripening of the Primitivo grapes, and it develops into a fullness of flavors that echo the aromas perceived on the nose, with added nuances of cherry and a light spiciness. Its well-balanced acidity and notable persistence make this wine an excellent companion for various culinary occasions.

Produced with careful vinification, where the grapes are handpicked at the peak of their ripeness and gently pressed to preserve all the aromas and flavors, this Barsento label is an expression of the territory in which the vines are immersed. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures, followed by a brief rest on its own fine lees to further enrich the body and structure of the wine.

The Rosato Primitivo IGP Puglia - W'Heart! is ideal to be served chilled, at about 8-10°C, accompanying fish dishes, light appetizers, or as an aperitif. Its versatility also makes it perfect for pairing with spicy dishes, demonstrating an excellent balance between structure and freshness.
