Champagne Quattuor AOC - Drappier

First pressing wine obtained with a soft pressing through mechanically regulated presses. Pumping is avoided by decanting only by gravity in order to avoid oxidation. Very low use of sulfur (less than 30 mg / l). Natural settling and an alcoholic fermentation lasts about two weeks at a low temperature. The malolactic fermentation then following the natural fermentation, as for every Champagne of the Maison, is done naturally and completely.
Aging of the wine in steel to enhance its freshness, then the wine is refined in the bottle for over 5 years before being sold.
Pale gold colors and greenish reflections, this Champagne wants to fully express fresh citrus fruits and the scent of white flowers and green tea. While on the palate it expresses good flavor and freshness.
