The Falanghina PGI Roccamonfina "Sinuessa" from the Villa Matilde Avallone estate represents an excellent expression of the Falanghina vine grown in the Campania region, precisely in the PGI Roccamonfina area. The Villa Matilde Avallone estate, with its long tradition of wine production, is committed to enhancing the unique characteristics of the area's terroir.
This wine has a brilliant straw yellow colour, characterized by greenish reflections which underline its freshness. On the nose, it offers an aromatic and complex bouquet, with intense notes of tropical fruit, citrus and white flowers, enriched by subtle accents of aromatic herbs and a light mineral note, typical of the Roccamonfina soil.
In the mouth, Falanghina PGI Roccamonfina "Sinuessa" reveals a pleasant freshness and good structure, with a soft and balanced sip, characterized by a lively acidity and a pleasant flavor. The finish is persistent, with aromatic returns that invite another sip.
