Excellence among excellence. With a maturation on the lees of at least 120 months. "B.C. 2007" represents the evolution of the Boschedòr cuvée that remained longer to mature on the lees: hence the acronym B.C. or “Boschedòr Continua”.
Reserve with an intense yellow color, it has a very fine perlage. An olfactory complexity among the most complex, with floral notes and ripe fruit, spices and yeasts, which can be clearly distinguished, thanks to the prolonged maturation on the lees. On the palate it is mineral, complex with a good structure and an interesting creaminess.
Certainly not a wine that can be easily matched. The degree of complexity can only be perceived by those who have a passion in wine.
Pair it with more refined and sophisticated dishes.
