Black Batch is a Belgian variant of Copperhead Gin, always produced following the London Dry method.
It is a particular distillate because among its botanicals we find the black berries of the elderberry, a spontaneous plant widespread in Italy and the black tea of Ceylon, typical of southern India.
The nose releases a mixture of unmistakable aromas of cardamom, citrus and elderberry, while on the palate the first notes that are perceived are those of juniper, combined with a slight sweet sensation of cinnamon and coriander. Long, persistent, dry and spicy finish.
