Ki No Bi is produced by Kyoto Distillery, the only Japanese distillery specializing in the production of gin. A distillate with a production philosophy in perfect Japanese style, starting from the name which means 'beauty of the seasons'.
The base of this distillate is composed of rice alcohol and various Japanese botanicals, the style is that of "konwa" or "create harmony".
The botanicals that are used are distilled on their own in six groups, to then be assembled and left to know each other until they reach perfect harmony.
When poured it is transparent and bright, the citrus scent is delicate and enveloping, with hints of orange blossom and jasmine, together with balsamic and slightly mentholated hints, with a light vegetable background.
The taste is gentle just like the nose, it flows soft and courteous, good to drink, with a long, harmonious and floral finish.
