The botanicals used for its production are: juniper, licorice, coriander, angelica root, ginger, lemon peel, cinnamon, cardamom, ternatea, clitoria, raspberries and strawberries. Most of them are distilled separately, apart from a group that is made together, then blended. The beautiful intense blue color is given by the infusion of the highly coloring flower of Clitoria Ternatea, a special type of tropical pea. This gives the gin a surprising magic, because once in contact with the tonic, the blue color takes on shades ranging from lilac to pink, thanks to the citric acid which reacts in contact with the flower.
The notes that stand out in the olfactory profile are those of strawberries, raspberries and juniper, followed by hints of ginger and coriander. At first the taste is perceived spicy, with hints of cinnamon and ginger, accompanied by references of lemon and angelica which accompany a typical finish of juniper and a scent of coriander.
