The grapes for this wine are carefully selected and handpicked in the early hours of the morning to preserve all the aromas and aromatic nuances. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by a brief period of aging on fine lees, which adds complexity and structure to the wine’s profile.
Visually, Augustali's "Il Mare" presents a light straw-yellow color with bright reflections that herald its vibrancy. On the nose, vibrant notes of citrus, green apple, and a slight floral touch stand out, invitingly fresh.
