Kebrilla is a refined wine obtained with 100% Grillo grapes, a very representative native vine of the Sicily region. The harvest takes place towards the end of August, once in the cellar the fermentation takes place for 20% of the grapes in barriques and 80% in stainless steel tanks to best preserve freshness and aromas. Aging also follows the percentages used in the fermentation phase, i.e. 20% in barriques and 80% in steel, plus a further 3 months in the bottle.
At sight the color is bright straw yellow. The aromatic profile is rich in floral notes of orange blossom mixed with hints of citrus peel, peach pulp and iodized aromas. The sip is very fresh and sapid, juicy, flowing and persistent.
A particularly versatile white wine, perfect throughout the meal in combination with fish, molluscs and crustaceans, excellent with fresh cheeses and cured meats, eggs, white meats and risottos and pasta seasoned with light sauces.
