A wine produced with grapes from 100% Turbiana vines, cultivated with the simple arch training system. The vinification is carried out by soft pressing of the whole berries, slow and progressive, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine rests with its lees for a period of 4 months, then it is blended and aged in the bottle for about 1 month before being put on the market.
It enchants the eye with its straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose the perfume stands out mainly in the fruity and floral notes, with hints attributable to pear and peach, with aromas of some precious spices such as saffron. On the palate a rich taste explodes given by a marked sapidity and a clear structure that completes the acid vein that characterizes it.
A very pleasant, harmonious and particularly versatile glass that is well suited to accompany many combinations based on fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
