Viator represents the maximum expression of the La Madonnina estate, a careful selection in terms of quality of the 100% Syrah grapes. The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel, the refinement lasted 16 months in French oak barriques, for a complex taste, with a thousand facets.
It has a beautiful dense and impenetrable ruby red color. The nose explodes with fruity aromas of small ripe red fruits, with balsamic hints and aromas of licorice and bitter cocoa. On the palate it reveals the softness of the fruit, a calm but captivating tannin and a persistent, enveloping and silky texture that conquers the taste buds.
Perfect to accompany grilled or roasted meat, excellent with pork stew.
