This wine is made with Sangiovese grapes in the Emilia Romagna region. The harvest is carried out both manually and using machinery; after harvesting the grapes are taken to the cellar where the winemaking process begins. After destemming, they are softly pressed and left to ferment at a temperature between 25-26°C for 10 days. The permanence on the skins is about 8-10 days, then the wine ferments according to the malolactic fermentation. Subsequently, before being bottled, the wine ages for a maximum of 6 months in steel tanks.
At sight it appears of a dark red color, with purplish reflections. The bouquet denotes a broad olfactory profile with aromas of undergrowth. Light and fresh, Sangiovese I Tini is a pleasant red wine on the palate, excellent for an every day meal that is well suited to any dish from first courses to meat.
