Soave is a white wine made from grapes of the Garganega and Trebbiano varieties. After the harvest, the berries are carefully selected and divided, the fermentation begins in the cellar in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with refinement for a few months on the fine lees before the final racking.
In the glass it reveals itself with a brilliant platinum yellow color. On the nose it denotes a rich and seductive bouquet characterized by scents of orange blossom and acacia, notes of honeysuckle and vine peach, accompanied by aromas of undergrowth and sun-kissed rock. On the palate the taste is fresh, fruity and balanced, with good acidity and a long finish in which the hints of honeysuckle and jasmine reappear.
It is recommended to combine it with vegetarian dishes and light meat dishes.
