It is presented in a bottle of marked elegance and with a detailed line; with carvings on the bottom to recall the long rows of vineyards that furrow the hills of Valdobbiadene.
A beautiful and refined blend of red grapes vinified in rosé blends into a delicate meeting that intrigues for the originality of aromas and flavors. Sparkling with the Charmat method, this innovative Brut sparkling wine elegantly combines a "nervous" fiber with great softness and ease of drinking.
Pouring it into the glass it presents a shade of intense pink, crystalline and brilliant, homogeneously sprinkled with small bubbles which form a creamy foam on the surface that envelops the lips and refreshes the palate.
With hints of small red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly dry and balanced, combining good veining and acidity with a soft and always pleasant profile. It goes very well with your simplest fish-based dishes.
