Black Bush Irish Whiskey is produced by "The Old Bushmills Distillery" in Bushmills, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, not far from the Bush River. Founded about 4 centuries ago, in 1784, it is the oldest whiskey distillery in the world. To confirm this, historical documents have been found that attest to the year 1608 as the issue of the concession for the distillation permit.
A great distillate, particularly intense and deep, which rests for 7 years in barrels previously used for aging Sherry Oloroso.
In the glass it shows an intense and bright amber color. On the nose, hints of citrus and raisins rise first, followed by notes of aromatic herbs, spices and hints of cedar wood. In the mouth it is extremely soft and fruity, very balanced and with a long and marked persistence.
