Winery history
Champagne De Saint-Gall was created as the collective expression of the growers united in Union Champagne. Its cuvées are based on a selection of grapes from vineyards classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru, and are blended and vinified in the cooperative facilities in Avize to deliver a consistent and recognizable style.
Production philosophy
Combining viticultural tradition and modern techniques: care of the vineyard parcels, rigorous grape selection, and blends crafted to enhance the purity of the terroir, with a particular preference for Chardonnay.
Terroir and vineyards
